(hereinafter referred to as "the Code") has been
adopted by Financial Technologies Group (hereinafter
referred to as "the Company") in compliance with the
principles of Corporate Governance as provided for
in provisions of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreements
entered into by the Company with the relevant Indian
Stock Exchanges. The Company is committed to
conduct its business in accordance with applicable
laws, rules and regulations and highest standards of
business ethics and ethical conduct.
This Code reflects the business practices and
principles of behavior that support this commitment.
This Code is derived from three interlinked
fundamental principles, viz. good corporate
governance, good corporate citizenship and exemplary
personal conduct.
